Every day thousands of people drive up and down Embarcadero Road in Palo Alto without realizing that tucked away behind the trees and hedge at 474 Embarcadero, on the corner of Cowper, is one of the most charming lawn bowls facilities in California. It is approximately midway between Alma Street and Middlefield Ave.

We are adjacent to the Elizabeth F. Gamble House and Gardens. In fact, we share the same triangle of real estate, as well as parking lots.

Parking is usually more easily accessible from Waverley (shared parking with the public gardens). There is also plenty of street parking on Churchill Avenue and there is an entrance gate on that side too.
