We
have found that putting the Wicks, our friendly little newsletter,
online, is too much work and a waste of time. People do so enjoy
getting it in the mail.
So
this page does what the print issue cannot do... It provides a colorful
photo documentary of the club activities. Scroll down for all the
pictures.

what a lovely quintet of bowlers served as markers for the men's
tournament.

Here
Ian Harrris shows he can bowl as well as run the board!
Everyone welcome. No experience necessary.
White dress only for tournaments.

George,
Glenn and Fred earlier in the season with great reflections of our
green in the clubhouse windows. We also had so many corporate functions
this year that at some times we had to put up the Full House sign.

Young
Chris Ashworth and Older Glenn Stuart. Almost 60 years separate the
ages of the oldest and youngest players in the 2006 men's singles...
and they were drawn against each other in the first round! |
Tall
Peter Danner was playing the shorter Max Capistrani on one of the
singles rounds too. |

Proudly

Notice
the intense concentration in a tie-breaker. Jean is showing great
promise as a skip as she gives John a run for his money!

Oh to
be so young and flexible!
